Air-Tites.com, Inc. was launched April 14, 2001 and we have been busy making new friends ever since. We pride ourselves in being friendly and very easy to work with. We understand that some of you may be new to online shopping and we want to make your shopping experience as easy and stress free as possible. You can rest assured that your personal or credit card information will never be sold or given to anyone for any reason. Please note that we are not the manufacturer of any products sold on this website. We are resellers and may not be able to answer manufacturing questions.
We ship 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Most orders ship the same or next day after payment is received. Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping charges using software provided by USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be sent to you via e-mail when your order ships.
Please note that the shipping cost shown in the shopping cart is an estimate based on your delivery address, shipping method, and package weight(s). If the actual shipping charge exceeds the estimate we will contact you for your approval prior to shipping.

If you are not satisfied with your order, simply call us toll free at 1-888-264-6701 or contact us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund minus any applicable shipping costs.
We will gladly pay return shipping if we send the wrong product, or if a product has a manufacturers defect. Please note that we do not give refunds on items that are returned to us damaged or otherwise unable to be resold due to improper packing. Always use the original packing material if at all possible, this will assure that the items are returned to us in good condition.
